“Pain teaches us. It can harden us or open us. It can lead to anger, or it can lead to compassion. Pain helps us grow and how we grow is up to us.”
Life brings challenges, transitions, and moments where we feel disconnected from ourselves, but none of us need to navigate those moments alone. My goal is to support you in understanding your inner world and finding a balanced, grounded way forward. I believe meaningful change happens when we meet ourselves with awareness, compassion, and intention. My ideal client is someone open to exploring their experiences, curious about the mind–body connection, and ready to build toward a healthier, more aligned version of themselves.
I aim to create a safe, calm, and supportive space where clients can express themselves freely. Every person’s path is unique, and I value the diversity of stories and identities that clients bring into therapy. I bring a holistic perspective, integrating here-and-now awareness to help clients reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.
I am especially committed to supporting the South Asian community and individuals navigating cultural identity, first-generation experiences, and family expectations. I believe we are all similar in our humanity, yet our solutions must be personalized. My approach centers on meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively to help them move toward their goals with clarity and confidence.
