“ I strive to create a space where you can explore your story with compassion and curiosity-without fear of judgement. “
Have you spent your life putting others first, quieting your own needs, or feeling disconnected from your emotions? Many people come to me with anxiety, self-doubt, or difficulty trusting others-often without fully understanding the roots of those feelings. I work with individuals who grew up without constant emotional safety and are now wanting more than symptom relief. They want to understand themselves, heal old wounds, and build meaningful, authentic connections. If you’re tired of repeating painful patterns and long to feel grounded, whole, and more like yourself, therapy can be the first step towards lasting change.
My work as a therapist is grounded in a deep commitment to helping people heal from trauma, navigate emotional challenges, and reconnect with their inner experience. In addition to trauma work, I support clients through life transitions, both personal and professional, and help them manage anxiety, phobias, low mood, and feelings of loneliness. I strive to create a space where you can explore your story with compassion and curiosity-without fear of judgement.
Originally from Ukraine, I’ve also lived in Poland and now the United States. These cross-cultural experiences have shaped my understanding of identity, belonging, and emotional adaptation. I draw on this background to support adolescents and adults who are navigating cultural transitions, relationship challenges, trauma stories, and difficulties in social interactions.
I offer telehealth appointments, so you can participate in counseling from the comfort of your own home.
