“My goal is to help others recognize and use their strengths to foster personal growth.”
Life can be difficult and comes with a variety of stressors, but there are ways to help manage it. I believe we all need some extra support sometimes, and I am here to help clients navigate the best path for them. My ideal client is one who recognizes that there are areas of their life that can be improved and is open and ready for changes through a therapeutic relationship.
I strive to provide a safe and comfortable space for clients to be open and honest. All clients’ needs are different, and I appreciate the diversity that comes with that. I hope to build trusting and professional relationships which will ultimately result in positive changes for clients.
I believe in working collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their goals.
