“Healing begins when we no longer carry the weight alone. I am here to listen, to witness, to challenge and to care.”

Life can be hard! It is an absolute struggle when your best just doesn't seem to be enough. Whether you feel frustrated, unappreciated, confused, sad, hopeless, misunderstood, or emotionally overwhelmed, please remember that you do not have to do this alone. There are people here to support you, and I am one of many. I am here to listen, to witness, to challenge, and to care. Perhaps it is time to lessen the weight on your shoulders.

I understand what it is like to grieve the passing of a loved one and to not feel seen in my lived experience as a transgender person. I enjoy hearing others' stories and life experiences, and I find pleasure in helping them think through and process events so they can better understand themselves and their situations.

I am not here to, and cannot, provide you with answers. However, I am here to listen and support you on your journey. You are not alone.

I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, so you can choose the option that works best for you.

If you are hesitant to start therapy, please know that I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like a good fit. If you would like to connect with me directly regarding a consultation, please email me at micah@eppagroup.com.

I hold a bachelor’s degree and I am completing my advanced Master’s Level Clinical Mental Health Counseling training at EPP Advisory Group. To provide the highest standard of care, I practice under the joint clinical supervision of Suzanne Leigh, LCPC (License # 180017123) and Cathryn Perfetti, LCPC License # 180000332).
