Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering both in-person and telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I work with clients ages 10 and up with an emphasis on supporting adults aged 35 and older. I provide an inclusive environment that respects and welcomes all cultures, ethnicities, religions, spiritualities, identities, and orientations.

Our sessions will provide a peaceful, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe, heard, and understood. Whether your goal is to heal, cope, understand yourself or your relationships, relieve symptoms, or find personal fulfillment, I will meet you exactly where you are. Together, we will collaborate on a flexible plan tailored to your goals and move forward at your own pace.

I bring insight, dedication, and years of life experience to our work. By viewing you holistically, I will help you uncover underlying connections and patterns to see the whole picture. Together, we will discover your strengths and use them as tools to build your self-esteem and empower you. Finally, you will learn practical coping skills and strategies tailored specifically to your unique needs and preferences.
