(she/her)
I believe that everything that happens, happens for a reason, and at the right time and place. I think that our past is significantly influencing our present and future and that with psychotherapeutic help it is possible to change unproductive patterns into more healthy and productive ones. I am dedicated to helping individuals live more fulfilled and enjoyable lives while keeping their uniqueness and individualism. My goal is to create a long-term trustful relationship with clients where they can grow and develop and live a more full- fledged life.
I would utilize my knowledge and experience in the medical field to understand the client from the clinical perspective, perceive the client as a whole person, and comprehend the root cause of the client’s concern.
My ideal client is an individual in early or middle adulthood who is going through depression, needs healing from a traumatic event, or desires to learn how to manage their anger, anxiety, or to overcome their fears.
