“I am devoted to establishing a strong rapport with clients while recognizing counseling as a collaborative process. I believe it’s important that clients feel safe when sharing their innermost thoughts, feelings, and concerns.”
I have provided counseling services in a variety of different settings including community mental health and private practice. I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, and young adults with difficulties including self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD symptoms.
I consider myself a therapist who utilizes Person-centered Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based practices as needed as ways to accept realities and behaviors in life, help live in the moment, cope with stress, regulate behavior, and improve relationships.
If you are ready to take the first step towards a happier and healthier life, I invite you to reach out to me. I work with each person individually to understand their unique needs and tailor therapeutic techniques to best support them on their journey to healing and growing.
