“I believe that humans are inherently resilient but that sometimes we need support to acknowledge our innate strengths to thrive.”
Speaking with someone who will not judge you but will work to create a safe and trusting space where you can explore your concerns can be an incredible experience.
Counseling can be scary at first, and we will work together to acknowledge any fears you may have and how to process through them.
If you have experienced trauma, we will build a relationship where you hopefully feel secure enough to focus on healing. I believe that clients are the experts of their own stories, and I am the guide to assist you in working towards whatever you bring into the counseling space.
I have training and experience working with members of the LGBTQIA2S+ population. I believe in providing a safe space for you to process all the complexities associated with your identity and authentic self. I see you; I hear you.
